Don is a Marine Corps veteran and business owner and has run for Governor in his state. His commitment and special energy have been well documented in the work he has done to assist young adults with career and business coaching. We look forward to his leadership in driving The Hope Institute to its next great project.
Marketing & Recruiting Director
Sheyenne Kreamer
Sheyenne's Core responsibility is building strategic relationships that help bring Hope Projects to life. She contributes her recruiting skills to help bring businesses together that can mentor and train the people we serve.
Founder and President
Richard Mabe
Coach Rick has been touched by the pure love of God and the omnipotent power of Creation with a message of HOPE. He brings the experience and credential as a Project Manager to help build The Hope Institute and guide people on a journey of self-discovery and community development. As President, Rick works with Don to meet the needs of the charity and coordinate various administrative tasks.

Melanie Paul
Having a professional numbers person is vital to the success of the organization. Melanie is that and has her years of experience in leading non-profit organizations. She has stepped up to the plate and is a welcome addition to the HOPE Family.
Fundraising

The board seat for the fundraiser is a key role and we are currently working to fill this role on the board. In order to fill this seat the applicant should be prepared to contribute 10 hours per week reaching out to granting organizations, businesses, and philanthropists to begin building relationships, scheduling events and bringing in much needed funds for projects and operations. Depending on the level of participation this can be a compensated position. In the mean time we have enlisted the assistance of a paid marketer.
Training Director

We are seeking a well rounded educational professional to help design and build the educational platform for business arts and trades. The H.O.P.E. formula is a key component of the success for each practitioner in the community as well as the attendees. Currently we have a training platform for people to participate in.
